Design of area and building volumes of Hotel and Spa is based on the beautiful surroundings of the Konopiste park. Hotel building is wrapped to achieve smaller scale and spa building is designed as part of the green hills. All is supported with the horizontal facade using contrast between light wood and dark glass façade. 145 rooms, ball room, 8 meeting rooms, restaurants and a spa with swimming pool, saunas, steam baths and treatment rooms.
