Center is spatially and functionally designed in harmony with the existing neighborhood buildings and divided into three separate residential houses located on a common base with the commercial function. Height is adjusted according to houses across the street and to height slope - on the south parterre is part of a commercial center, but on the north is traditional residential parterre creating street.
