Reconstruction of the cultural monument of Chateau Choustník into apartments for recreational purposes and a new brewery. The chateau will be purified of inappropriate extensions from the last century, all historically valuable elements will be preserved and the genius loci of the chateau will be restored. The project includes energy optimization of the building.
