Design of new villa in the historic part of the city and near the Belvedere. The concept of the villa fully respects the historical context of the location - towards the street, the building is formed by a "border" wall and in the upper part it is hidden under a green vegetation roof. This solution is directly inspired by the nearby Písecká Gate, which features a combination of a rising green roof, merging into plastered walls.
