A proposal of a multifunctional complex in the exposed location of the Prague Pentagon in Prague 4. The existing Panorama Hotel, which can be nowadays considered as outdated and monofunctional, is replaced by a balanced complex of residential, retail, office and a hotel premises with an emphasis on high-quality public areas, connection to the surrounding buildings in the Pentagon and beyond, the permeability of the area, minimizing car traffic and overall improvement of serviceability.

In the overall urban-architectural composition, increased emphasis was placed on both aspects of the given location - the first aspect is the completion of the locality from an urban perspective and the second aspect is the integration of high-rise buildings into the Prague city skyline.
